Lilacs are used in Eastern Medicine as a treatment for headaches, stomach problems and coughs.

Lilacs have been depicted by Van Gogh, Monet, Walt Whitman and others throughout history as something of beauty. They bloom for only three weeks at the beginning of spring. For this reason, they symbolize spring + renewal.

Not only do Lilacs provide medicinal purposes but they add a beautiful aroma to you home, perfect for showings. Providing a relaxing environment for your potential buyers. Placing lilac trees or bushes at the front of your property not only adds to you curb appeal but creates  welcoming surroundings and an inviting atmosphere with their wonderful array of colors. It is no wonder Lilacs are a favorite choice for buyers and sellers alike, They are one of my personal favorites for all of these reasons.
